Princess Polly USA Inc is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our Los Angeles office. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will be controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. You will possess excellent time management skills, excellent attention to detail and ideally have prior commercial experience in running the accounts payable function for an e-commerce retailer.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

• Processing of high volume inventory and operational invoices on a daily basis.
• Accurate coding of invoices and payments to General Ledger accounts and departments.
• Building a close relationship with replenishment and sourcing teams to resolve invoice queries prior to payment.
• Coordinating with counterparts in other regions to prevent duplicate payments being made.
• Liaising with suppliers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Manage the AP ledger, electronic filing system, and vendor master file.
• Create weekly and monthly reports, including payment and credit reports.
• Providing excellent customer service to other departments.
• Assisting with the accounting month-end close process.
• Preparing bank reconciliations
• Other finance and accounting ad-hoc tasks as directed

COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Salary Range; $58K-$70K
