Competitive salary : $100,000 – $125,000 annually, Full-time schedule, 401K 3% match after 6 months, PTO of 21 days including 6 national holidays, Flexible leadership structure, bonuses, and long-term advancement opportunities, Immediate start date.

Position Highlights :
- Lead and oversee all aspects of clinical programming and supervision,
- Oversee quality of care, treatment integrity, and client outcomes,
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of clinical staff,
- Ensure compliance with ethical and payer standards,
- Partner with operations to ensure efficient scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
