We are looking for a skilled ACME Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves setting up and operating ACME screw machines to produce precision steel components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and operate ACME multi-spindle machines

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and accuracy

Perform routine maintenance and tool changes

Inspect finished parts using gauges and measuring tools

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications :

Previous experience operating ACME or similar screw machines required

Strong understanding of machine tools and metal properties

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments

Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

High school diploma or equivalent
