Commercial Real Estate / Transactional Attorney - Dallas Boutique Law Firm

An established boutique commercial law firm with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a  Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 5-7+ Years' experience  to join their team full-time.

The salary for this role will be top market-competitive, commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.

Experience in corporate, commercial real estate, M&A, transactional work, desired to join a great group of lawyers in those practice areas.

This is a collaborative group, working with highly sophisticated clients, punching above their weight class in the transactional space.

Skills and Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years experience in transactional law required
• Applicants must have TX Bar Admission, and be able to take an in-office position in Dallas
• Experience in transactional commercial real estate work desired
• Experience with sophisticated real estate development work / transactions a plus
• Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
• Professional, organized and collegial
