Field Merchandiser
The Field Merchandiser has the opportunity to learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing convenience store business and stretch your current skills by executing various merchandising projects in multiple designated stores. You will learn to operate all Kitchen and Store Side duties, execute planograms, and ensure all pricing and point of sale material are properly maintained. You will be provided with an onboarding / training program to set you up for success.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities :
- Executing merchandising projects at store level across multiple outlets
- Ensure all merchandising guidelines are being followed
- Direct communication with various internal departments as well as our vendor partners
- Maintaining planograms, pricing and POS
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Creating / improving merchandising solutions
- Managing time and workload to ensure assigned stores receive continuous support
- Attending / Assisting in multiple planned resets
- Assisting in all New Store opening set up processes

Required :
High School diploma required, University / College is an assetA Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportationPhysical Requirements :
