Job Description : Seeking Family Medicine Physicians to provide medical care to treat, prevent and / or diagnose illness, disease, or injury. Examine or conduct tests to provide information on medical status. Analyze records, reports, test results, and / or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patient. Prescribe / administer treatment, therapy, medication and / or vaccination. Explains procedures and discusses test results on prescribed treatments with patient. Advise patients and community concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention. Collaborate with and supervise non-physician providers (NP, PA, CNM, etc). Perform other job-related duties as required by departmental needs / demands.

Experience and Skills : -MD / DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of accredited residency program-Board Certified-Valid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS-Understanding of and passion for Community Healthcare is preferred Annual salary from $225,000 to $250,000 per year
