Position Overview :

The HR Business Partner plays a key role in aligning HR practices with business goals, providing guidance on employee relations, organizational development, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a consultant to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions
• Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and leverage UKG for reporting and analytics
• Partner with leadership to support talent planning and development
