Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with courtesy and professionalism.

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.

Support administrative tasks such as document organization, filing, and data entry.

Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area.

Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.

Assist management and other departments with administrative requests.
