Event Sales Coordinator
Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic professional with a passion for event planning and sales? We are seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our event planning team, ensuring that every detail aligns with our clients' vision. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings.
Location : Charlotte, NC Job Type : Full-time Compensation : $17.25 - $24.00 / hour
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of event sales from initial client contact to event execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information on event packages and services.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers to achieve desired revenue targets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in sales or event planning, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.Benefits
