MUST HAVES :

  • End-to-end onboarding experience from offer accepted to starting orientation.
  • Background checks, new hire paperwork, book travel, coordinate orientation.
  • HRIS or HR ticketing experience (like ServiceNow).
  • Bachelor degree
  • 2+ years of onboarding experience
  • Excel (pivot tables & vlookups)
  • PowerPoint

Preferred :

  • ServiceNow or a similar HR ticket system (strongly preferred)
  • HRIS systems like SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle
  • Shared services
  • Has worked at a large, global company
  • Biotech / pharma industry
