Multifamily Lead Superintendent

We are seeking three Lead Superintendents to oversee multifamily projects in New Mexico, specifically in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Las Cruces. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to facilitate communications as the primary point of contact for all construction site-related activities. The focus areas for this position include site safety, quality assurance, and scheduling.

Responsibilities :

• Administer the site safety plan to ensure safe working conditions and proactively prevent hazards.
• Develop a site-specific safety plan compliant with OSHA requirements and manage its implementation.
• Act as the point of contact during OSHA visitations and investigate all on-site accidents.
• Verify subcontractor compliance with executed agreements before site work begins.
• Create, communicate, and manage a 4-week production schedule and ensure alignment with the overall project schedule.
• Maintain proactive communication with the Project Manager regarding scheduling and milestones.
• Understand and enforce obligations as per construction documents, plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve deviations or conflicts in construction documents.
• Facilitate Pavilion Quality Assurance goals, policies, and procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections with government and third-party inspectors.
• Rectify any non-conformance issues to minimize schedule delays.
• Draft and manage the punch list and delivery acceptance procedures.
• Seek additional training to enhance professional skills and oversee the performance of assistant superintendents.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier performance post-project completion.
• Lead pre-construction and site coordination meetings and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
• Draft daily reports and manage project documents in compliance with established protocols.

Work Environment :

This role operates Monday through Friday with start and end times to be determined. Work is conducted in an on-site office trailer, providing a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, NM.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $62.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
