Field Service Technician
American Extrusion International is a global company engaged in the design, development, manufacture, installation and service of Grain Extrusion Equipment and other up / downstream accessories for the Food Industry.
Job Duties
The successful candidate will be able to install and service our equipment in the field, traveling to our customer sites, and effectively train operators to use our equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install and test equipment, train customer employees to use newly installed equipment.
- Perform demonstrations.
- Provide service and support during site visits.
- Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions.
- Follow up with customers via email and phone.
- Document Processes.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Assist with product development.
