Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller will be responsible for the integrity of accounting information and compliant business processes; acts to provide financial insight; works with the Controller and VP of Finance on thorough reporting and analysis, identifies trends and collaborates with business leaders; provides suggestions in process improvements and margin effectiveness; collaborates on annual budget. The ideal candidate will have worked as a Staff Accountant, or Financial Analyst in a manufacturing environment and is looking to take the next step in their career. The role reports to the Controller along with oversight from the VP of Finance. Job Location This is a onsite role in Lakeland, FL.
