CLINICAL MANAGER / EDUCATOR - Residential Aged Care - Orange

• Up to $145000 Super
• Salary packaging up to $15900 Meal & Entertainment Card
• Platinum member of Australian College of Nursing Paid AHPRA Registration
• Pivotal role leading clinical governance and staff education across multiple sites
• Must have demonstrated experience in delivering clinical education
• Relevant aged care experience ideally in residential settings is essential

The Opportunity

As the Clinical Manager / Educator you will provide advanced clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Residential Aged Care and working in collaboration with Facility Managers this pivotal role combines clinical governance oversight with staff education and development driving continuous improvement and compliance with best practice standards. You play a pivotal role in staff clinical education and oversight and will be responsible for implementing annual education plans evaluating training effectiveness and supporting strategic objectives.
