About the Role

We are excited to invite applications for the Vice President position on our Capital Risk team. This team plays a vital role in ensuring independent oversight of capital decisions and providing strategic direction regarding capital regulation analysis and overall enterprise capital strategy. The successful candidate will communicate complex regulatory capital analyses to senior stakeholders, evaluate the capital implications of new transactions and business initiatives, and validate regulatory capital approaches and calculations.

This role is perfect for a professional with a robust risk management mindset and analytical expertise, capable of critically assessing and challenging the firm’s capital management strategy. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in capital markets, ideally within risk or regulatory functions. A passion for risk management and regulatory compliance is essential, along with leadership or supervisory experience being a plus.

We are looking for someone who pays exceptional attention to detail, demonstrates intellectual curiosity, and is committed to excellence. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage evolving priorities are a must. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, a collaborative team player, and adept at researching and analyzing technical regulatory materials to pinpoint key issues. A solid understanding of financial products and banking operations, especially in relation to regulatory capital impacts, is necessary.
