CVOR RN Job Details - Weston, FL Location : Weston, FL 33331 - South Florida nursing jobs in a welcoming community near Everglades and beaches Estimated Weekly Salary : $2250 - $2310 Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse contract Start Date : December 15, 2025 End Date : March 16, 2026 Duration : 13-week travel nursing assignment Shift : 4x10-hour day shifts (06 : 45 - 17 : 15) Hours per Week : 40 Unit : Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) On-Call : Cardiac call required (minimum 6 per month, may vary) Charting : EPIC electronic medical records Scrub Color : Ceil Blue Parking : Free in any unrestricted space Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of direct CVOR nursing experience, including scrub experience Active Florida RN license (Registered Nurse) BLS and ACLS certifications required NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start) Experience in teaching and training students or new staff in a healthcare setting Ability to float within scope to meet hospital needs Two professional references from CVOR leadership within the past 12 months Must pass background check and drug screening COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical / religious exemptions accepted) CVOR RN Responsibilities Deliver expert perioperative nursing care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), including circulating and scrub roles Participate in cardiac surgical cases and fulfill cardiac call requirements Assist with CABG, valve replacements, vascular surgeries, and other cardiac procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain strict infection control and safety protocols Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR Mentor and support students and new staff in a teaching hospital environment Complete required training modules and assessments promptly Join our healthcare team in Weston, Florida - Apply now for this CVOR RN travel nursing job and take the next step in your career!
