Hybrid Family Medicine Physician

Join a mission-driven medical group in the Greater Sacramento area as a full-time or part-time Float Medical Provider in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine . This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely while providing in-person clinic coverage when needed. You'll be part of a supportive, patient-centered team delivering high-quality outpatient care without nights, weekends, call, or panel management.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary ranging from $232,580 to $279,850 annually, depending on licensure and experience

Requirements

Current California license as an MD / DO

Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Outpatient experience preferred

Comfortable with both in-person and telemedicine care

Strong adaptability, communication, and team-based care skills

Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Farsi, or Pashto is a plus
