Looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated dental Treatment Co-Ordinator to join our well-established private dental practice in Tempe, AZ, where team and patients are treated like family. This is more than a presenting treatment to patients, it is an opportunity to learn and grow professionally while working with a team committed to dental excellence and superior customer care. Our owner Dentist and her team of dentists and dental hygienists provide exceptional dental care in a warm and caring environment. This is no ordinary office; it is one made up of individuals who are motivated to contribute to the success of the doctors, the patients and the team.

We would prefer Candidates that have 3 years of dental front office experience with a proven track record for treatment presentation. Articulate verbal and keen listening skills required to support the patients in understanding and accepting their treatment needs. Candidate will also support the office manager and front desk with daily functions including dental insurance verification and liaison with specialists. Team player, flexible with schedule as well as working with different doctors and dental specialties. Our practice has 3 general dentists as well as an orthodontist, pedodontist, oral surgeon and endodontist who come in once or twice each month.

The ideal candidate for this full time position will have Dentrix experience, be competent in setting up dental financial arrangements and having financial discussions with patients. Dental insurance knowledge is essential. The office is open Monday to Friday and one Saturday a month.
