We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to ensure on-time delivery of complex, cross-functional product development projects and products for the Medical, Semiconductor and Industrial Power Electronics sectors. This role requires an on-site strategic thinker with a strong process orientation, deep understanding of product development cycles, and proven leadership in managing global teams and resources.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Program Leadership : Leads a cross-functional project team through all phases from concept through commercialization using Stage Gate or similar structured development processes
• Program Ownership : Manages projects according to Product Development Process and ensures that any scope changes to the financial targets are raised with recommendations for appropriate actions
• Organisational Alignment : Supports marketing and design engineering in preparing Request for Quotation or program development proposals
• Global Collaboration : Drive innovation and execution across global teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory functions
• Resource Management : Optimize the use of global factory and operations resources, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance
• Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Process Excellence : Champion continuous improvement and process discipline across all phases of the product lifecycle
• Risk & Change Management : Proactively identify risks, manage mitigation plans, and lead change control processes
• People Leadership : Mentor and guide direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
