A top-10 AmLaw international law firm is seeking a Commercial Leasing Attorney to join its Real Estate Group . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney who's interested in engaging with sophisticated commercial leasing deals across office, retail, and industrial real estate assets, without traditional partnership pressure .

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 8+ years of substantive commercial leasing experience
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements , including term sheets , letters of intent , work letters , and SNDAs
• Background in representing landlords in complex and high-value leasing matters
• Strong understanding of leasing market norms across property types
• Solar leasing experience is a plus
• Exceptional negotiation, drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and independently
• Strong business judgment and the ability to align legal strategy with client objectives
