Join our team as a Software Systems Engineer , where you'll bridge the gap between software engineers and user needs for the US Govt geospatial analytic workforce. You'll work closely with skilled technologists to understand mission requirements, ensure solutions are user-centric, and support effective use of geospatial tools to drive informed decision-making. This role offers direct collaboration with end users and technologists to ensure solutions are impactful, scalable, and mission aligned.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between software engineers and end users, gathering and translating user requirements into software use cases.
• Facilitate and lead testing, training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective user adoption of geospatial solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve workflows, incorporating user feedback into solution design, validation, and deployment.
• Monitor user engagement and identify opportunities to enhance usability and impact of our custom geospatial capabilities.
• Capture requirements from testing outcomes into the backlog and collaborate with development team to prioritize within the SAFe Agile Framework.
