• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (8-hour shift)
• 30 units per week productivity target
• Home health setting
• 13-week assignment
• Home health experience required
• Documentation due within 24 hours
• Current driver's license required
• 2 - 3 years physical therapy experience preferred
