Senior Conference Planning Manager

Q Center is looking for a Senior Conference Planning Manager to join our team!

Job Summary

The Senior Conference Planning Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of their assigned workload. This position will also train and mentor conference planning managers and conference planning coordinator. They will effectively plan and ensure execution of events trainings and meetings to include but not limited to dates / timing of arrival and departures transportation room set-up audio / visual and production needs and food service to guarantee client satisfaction. This position will build standing relationships both internal and external and maximize the efficient use of the propertys resources while ensuring client satisfaction.

This position is on-site with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends generally a 45 hour workweek from 7 : 30am - 5 : 00pm.

Starting rate for this position is $75000 / year.
