We are a busy, fast paced practice seeking a full time or part time veterinary receptionist to join our team. Candidate must be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and a good attitude. We are looking for someone who not only has a love for animals but will be committed to providing the best experience possible for both clients and their pets. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Pay depends on experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Client service

Manage a multi-line phone system and appointment scheduler

Maintain medical records

Input charges / prepare invoices

Handle cash transactions / balance cash drawer

Understand and educate clients on vaccination protocol as well as other general client education

Assist in cleaning, stocking and maintenance of the hospital

Requirements : Must be

able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

detail oriented, reliable and honest

proficient in spelling and alphabetizing

available to work Saturdays

Experience a plus but not required
