Job Description

As a Process Technician, you will support the equipment and production engineers in maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating production machinery by utilizing small tools for precision work. This role plays a vital part in ensuring production meets quality standards through efficient and reliable equipment performance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform equipment calibration, minor repairs, and troubleshooting using fine tools (similar to tweezers)
  • Modify parameters and program automated equipment
  • Support engineers in experiments and assist in device rework or soldering tasks
  • Report technical issues to engineering and production leadership

    • Qualifications and Requirements

  • Vocational Course experience or associate degree is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an assembly process with equipment
  • Preferred : 3 years of equipment technician experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with soldering, microscopes, electro-mechanical tools, and measurement devices
  • Basic computer knowledge, data entry, good verbal communication skills, and manual dexterity
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a reliable team player
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening

    The base salary range for this position is $18 – 24.66 / hr, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
