The SAP Next Gen Academy for Product Management targets graduates with 23 years of professional experience. This 18-month rotational program develops deep expertise in Product Management and equips Associates with the skills, knowledge, and experience required to build successful SAP products with high usage and satisfaction.

The SAP Next Gen Academy for Product Management is seeking a Global Program Manager. This role is accountable for the design, planning, and execution of the 18-month Academy program. The Global Program Manager will collaborate closely with the functional managers of Associates, as well as the Regional Program Managers in India, and Hungary, to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership : Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of SAP's state-of-the-art global Academy for Product Management.
• Attract & Hire : Partner with Talent Discovery and business stakeholders to attract, hire, and onboard top early-career talent.
• Content Design and Delivery : Design and deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences, both virtually and in person, that accelerate skill development and readiness for Associates' future roles within the Product Management organization.
• People Development : Support Regional Program Managers and First-Line Leaders to develop, coach, evaluate, and performance-manage approximately 40 Early Talents per year, ensuring continuous growth and strong program outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with regional and global business stakeholders across SAP's Product & Engineering organization to ensure program relevance and alignment with business priorities.
• Program Optimization : Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, analytics, and iteration of content and delivery methods.
• Operational Excellence : Optimize scheduling, analytics, and tools for seamless program delivery and reporting.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 142500 - 327100 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
