CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse , BSN preferred, for the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations. This position covers our Cincinnati, OH area facilities. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred.

The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include :

• Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.
• Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training.
• Train new nursing management.
• Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys
• Aid in the Plan of Correction process
