The Director of Finance is a key leadership role within our healthcare organization. This position is responsible for the direct management and oversight of the finance, accounting, and billing departments, ensuring strategic alignment with the organization's objectives. The Director of Finance will oversee performance management for all departmental employees, assist with the development of departmental / division budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance for assigned departments. This role will also oversee the annual budget, year-end close, cash flow, treasury, budget planning, and forecasting and will be responsible for the revenue cycle management function. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
