Climb Higher (About the Job)

Warehouse Manager is expected to complete various management organization and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouses storage shipping receiving and safety processes and standards. Develops and fosters a sense of responsibility excellence and exceptionalism in the warehouse staff. Maintains and upholds standards of service delivery to all internal and external customers.

Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities)

• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
• Maintain the accuracy of the inventory.
• Schedule all deliveries and pick ups required by the business.
• Ensure the accuracy of all orders being shipped out of the warehouse.
• Manage warehouse associates / drivers monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse and fleet equipment.
• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient clean neat and well-organized warehouse.
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with the FF&L manager and VHE manager.
• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees performance efficiency and safety.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are executed in an efficient and timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise of all processes software applications shipping and receiving requirements of our customers.
• Train all warehouse associates / drivers on all relevant job functions.
• Ability to create and maintain an orderly neat and clean facility.
