Your Opportunity Your Team

The Workflow Supervisor supports QVC and HSN and manages the daily flow of content requests in Airtable. This includes reviewing processing assigning and scheduling requests with the OmniChannel team. The role ensures timelines and schedules run smoothly. The Workflow Supervisor works closely with all QVC teams to receive define schedule and process work requests.

Each day you will review briefs in Airtable to schedule resources and handle requests. You will support OmniContent execution teams by updating requests building out Airtable facilitating conversations with requestors and collecting and sharing feedback. You will track progress provide weekly updates on outstanding or challenging requests and work with OmniContent teams to adjust plans as needed based on bandwidth. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient workflow processes and regularly suggest improvements to support OmniContent and internal systems.

Where Youll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Studio Park in West Chester PA approximately 6 days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
