Job Title : Risk Manager

Location : Farmers Branch, TX (Hybrid)

Duration : 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Job Summary :

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Risk Manager to join our team in a hybrid role based in Farmers Branch, TX. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT risks in collaboration with engineering teams. This role requires a strong understanding of IT risk management frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive remediation efforts across cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and mitigate IT risks, ensuring alignment with risk management programs.
  • Track and report on risk remediation activities, ensuring robust execution.
  • Provide consultation to engineering teams to meet IT risk policy requirements.
  • Offer risk expertise while working with various business units and risk partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop internal capabilities.
  • Act as a strong team player, self-motivated, and execute tasks with urgency.

    • Skills Required :

  • 6+ years in Technology Risk Management.
  • Experience with IT systems delivery lifecycle for on-prem and / or cloud applications.
  • Hands-on experience with IT risk assessments, documentation, and risk remediation management.
  • Proficiency in GRC tools, preferably Archer.
  • Experience in financial institutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
