About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of next-generation AI-enabled products and platform this role you will drive technical strategy architecture and hands-on implementation across multiple AI initiatives working with advanced LLMs (OpenAI / ChatGPT Anthropic Claude Amazon Bedrock) and a Python-centric infrastructure built on AWS.

This is a senior individual-contributor position for engineers who can both set direction and build production-grade systems . You will partner closely with product architecture design and engineering leaders to shape how AI is integrated across our product ecosystem. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills the ability to influence across teams and a strong leadership presence in a cross-department environment.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Define and drive the technical vision for AI-powered features and platform components.
• Architect scalable secure and resilient backend systems and pipelines.
• Evaluate design and implement solutions using OpenAI Anthropic and Bedrock foundation models.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering model evaluation data flows and AI system reliability.
