job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide primary care services in an employer-based clinic setting Deliver low-acuity urgent care and extended episodic acute care Educate and co-manage chronic conditions with external PCPs Perform CLIA-waived tests, dispense medications, and oversee specimen collection Collaborate with employees on biometric screenings and wellness education Offer travel medicine recommendations and administer immunizations (with training) Conduct one-on-one health coaching and refer patients to wellness programs Partner with HR / Benefits teams to improve employee health outcomes Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Active and unrestricted NP license in North Carolina DEA license and prescriptive authority Minimum 3 years of independent NP experience in internal medicine or family practice BLS certification Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in chronic disease management Prior experience in employer-based or onsite clinic settings Comfort working autonomously without support staff Commitment to delivering high-touch, patient-centered care

Compensation : Based on experience.
Schedule :
- Training : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm
- Post-Training : Approx. 2 days / week 6 : 30am – 3 : 00pm, 3 days / week 8 : 00am – 4 : 30pm (subject to change)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care in a newly established onsite health clinic serving employees. You will be responsible for delivering primary and episodic care, managing chronic conditions in collaboration with external PCPs, and promoting wellness through education and coaching. The clinic is equipped with exam rooms and a full-service lab, and you will have access to a collaborative physician.
