Job Overview :

Seeking an experienced IT Network Specialist to support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of commercial LAN / WAN systems and related infrastructure. This role involves integration with Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and other IP-based systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, configure, and support network systems (LAN, WAN, and internet segments) at client sites.
  • Maintain network hardware / software and perform routine diagnostics to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Terminate and test Cat6 data drops and punch down patch panels.
  • Install switch racks and integrate network equipment in structured cabling environments.
  • Provide technical support for system upgrades and execute network audits.
  • Collaborate on ESS integration projects and manage IP-based devices and databases.
  • Handle small to mid-size projects independently, including field reporting and updates.

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of network installation and maintenance experience.
  • Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for network and system-related issues.
  • Working knowledge of IP protocols and network topologies.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel locally.
