Employment Type : Full-Time (after training period)

Compensation : $25–$30 / hour, based on experience

As we expand our operations, we're looking for a driven Operations Manager to lead our team, elevate customer experience, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the indoor field and front desk
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
• Handle HR tasks including onboarding, time tracking, and team accountability
• Lead customer service efforts—resolve complaints, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain a positive atmosphere
• Monitor and maintain point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and inventory tracking
• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety compliance, and gear readiness
• Support marketing efforts and special event coordination
• Report on attendance, revenue, and team performance to ownership
