Position Summary

We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support our growing client base. In this role, you will be the warm, professional voice that guides seniors and their families through the early stages of their journey with Caring Transitions. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling , perfect for candidates seeking meaningful, people-focused work with work-life balance.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Provide detailed information about services : senior relocation, estate sales, downsizing
  • Assist families with scheduling consultations and next steps
  • Record client information and updates in our CRM system accurately
  • De-escalate concerns and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate virtually with local Caring Transitions teams

What Youll Need

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center, healthcare, or senior care preferred)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Self-motivated and dependable with strong time management
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote communication tools
  • A quiet home office setup and reliable high-speed internet
  • High level of empathy and professionalism when supporting seniors and families
  • Bonus if You Have :

  • Experience in the healthcare, hospice, or senior services fields
  • CRM knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Bilingual (especially Spanish) a strong plus
  • Familiarity with HIPAA or handling sensitive data
