Operations Associate I

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Operations Associate that will play a critical role in supporting our client’s core operational functions within a financial services environment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented settings and are passionate about delivering accurate and timely service. The role involves processing a variety of financial transactions, maintaining account records, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, independent judgment, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.

Location : Coppell, TX 75019

Hybrid : Three days in office

Compensation : $20.50 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities

Typical Day-to-Day Tasks

Process daily operational tasks such as asset movements, account transfers, and new account setup and maintenance

Execute routine and complex financial transactions with precision and efficiency

Identify, interpret, and resolve potential issues proactively

Follow established procedures to meet service level agreements and quality benchmarks

Utilize and support various financial products, software platforms, and systems

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Perform data entry, conduct research, and resolve routine inquiries

Contribute to additional duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field

At least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry

Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
