RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a local contract Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in Algonquin, Illinois.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

\n We are partnering with a far west suburban school program to find full time Speech Language Pathologists  SLPs  for the 2025-2026 school year.

\n

\n

\n  Responsibilities :

\n

  • Speech Pathologist will be assigned an elementary  caseload by the  district.

    • \n

  • SLP will provide direct and consultative Speech and Language services to students including screening, assessing, treating, and reporting as appropriate.

    • \n

  • Plan and present at IEP / Student conferences in consultation with staff.

    • \n

  • Monday-Friday as per school schedule. Full time (limited part time opportunities available).

    • \n

  • Bilingual SLP will work on team to support needs across the district.

    • \n

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

    • \n

    \n Qualifications : \n

    \n

  • Hold Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) in Speech Pathology.

    • \n

  • Experience working collaboratively in a student-centered environment.

    • \n

  • 1-2 years’ experience a plus. CFs will be considered.

    • \n

  • Credentials to be collected prior to and upon hire.

    • \n

    \n Work Hours : \n

    \n

  • Follow school hours Monday-Friday; depending on the building’s hours.

    • \n

  • @35 hours / week.

    • \n

    \n Salary and Benefits :

    \n

    \n

  • $41 / hr for new grad, other salary based upon experience. Weekly pay.

    • \n

  • Full time employees eligible for : Medical, dental, vision, Long / short term disability, Life Insurance, 401k, Flexible and Child Care Spending Accounts. Paid Time off and sick time accrued. Virtual healthcare assistance available. Some benefits offered for part time employees.

  • Up to $500 of continuing ed / materials fund available for full time employees.
