Floor Technician position available in Winchester, MA. This full-time role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness under the supervision of the Project Manager and / or Lead Janitor. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, handling bio-hazardous waste, and ensuring all patient care and office areas are cleaned according to the daily schedule. The position requires knowledge of janitorial methods, practices, materials, tools, and safety precautions.

Essential duties include trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning mats, and deep cleaning carpets and rugs. The job also involves moving furniture, dusting, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The role demands adherence to facility safety policies, compliance with agency requirements, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Minimum Qualifications : U.S. citizenship, high school diploma or GED equivalent, one year of experience as a Housekeeping Aid or equivalent, driver's license, ability to travel, and passing a criminal background check and drug test.

Preferred Qualifications : Experience and knowledge of Alaska Native cultures. Core competencies include communication, self-motivation, teamwork, organization, and time management. The work environment may include indoor and outdoor locations, with physical demands such as standing, lifting, and reaching. The work schedule is typically 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
