Senior Solar Master Electrician - Residential Solar Systems

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute residential solar system installations and main panel upgrades
  • Perform utility interconnections and system commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with NEC standards and local electrical codes
  • Conduct thorough system troubleshooting and quality assurance checks
  • Manage project documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Mentor junior technicians and promote safety protocols

Required Qualifications :

  • Active Iowa Master or Journeyman Electrician license
  • Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, including solar installations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NEC codes and Iowa state regulations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
