What You’ll Do

As a Drain Technician , you’ll be the expert on all thing's drainage, tackling problems for residential and light commercial customers . You’ll :

  • Diagnose & Resolve : Identify and solve drain issues with precision
  • Operate Equipment : Use snakes, hydro-jetter, sewer cameras, and more
  • Educate Customers : Clearly explain the issue, provide repair / replacement options
  • Upsell Services : Offer solutions and preventative maintenance plans
  • Maintain Equipment : Keep your tools, truck, and gear in top condition

What We’re Looking For

We want a motivated team player who’s ready to jump in and grow with us.

Experience :

  • 2+ years of drain cleaning or plumbing experience
  • Hydro-jetting experience is a huge plus

    • Skills :

  • Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
  • Confident with service-based sales
  • Excellent communication & customer service

    • Requirements :

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Able to pass background check & drug screen
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in tight spaces or outdoor environments
  • ServiceTitan experience is a bonus, not required
