• Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both residential and commercial HVAC systems, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair. As an HVAC Technician at Aire Serv, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional service while ensuring that customers’ needs are met with the highest quality of workmanship and professionalism.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide efficient solutions.
• Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Offer accurate, clear, and timely estimates for customers.
• Maintain service records, including parts and labor documentation, in our system.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a focus on professionalism, communication, and building customer trust.
• Represent Aire Serv’s values and brand while interacting with customers and team members.
• Participate in after-hours on-call service rotation as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and safety practices.
• Requirements :
• 3+ years of HVAC experience in both residential and commercial environments.
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
