As a Senior HRBP Manager, Engineering, you will act as a strategic partner to senior engineering leaders, driving talent initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. You will design and implement programs that support workforce planning, organizational design, and culture development, while aligning HR strategy with business objectives. In this role, you will provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making, coach executives, and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver high-impact solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep knowledge of engineering teams and modern operating models to shape outcomes that foster engagement, performance, and growth. The position requires a proactive approach to solving complex challenges, balancing analytics with human insight, and promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration. Success in this role will directly influence the performance and development of engineering teams across the organization.

Accountabilities :

• Act as a strategic HR partner to engineering leadership, driving talent strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement workforce planning, organizational design, and culture initiatives that support business objectives.
