Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Understand patients' unique needs and create individualized therapy strategies geared towards helping them achieve their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Activities : Apply evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday living capabilities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Engage closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their loved ones through therapy techniques to encourage ongoing progress and confidence at home.
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes : Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on their paths to recovery.
