Piper Companies is looking for a UC Admin to join a government contractor in Miami, FL . This role requires the candidate to report onsite and have an active TS / SCI or Top Secret Clearance with CI eligibility.
Essential Duties of the UC Admin :
- Perform System upgrades and IAVA patches to Cisco Unified Call Manager
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for UC operations
- Lead UC implementation, installation, and technical refresh projects within a site or locale
- Use administrative access to network components to research errors, incidents, problems and to perform incident analysis and identify potential problems
