We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipe / Underground / Utility Foreman to oversee and coordinate field operations on heavy civil construction projects involving underground utilities. The ideal candidate will lead a crew in the installation of water, sewer, storm drain, and other utility systems while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and production goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in excavation and installation of underground utilities including storm drainage.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure proper installation and alignment.
• Plan daily activities, assign tasks to crew members, and ensure work is completed on schedule and to quality standards.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with safety codes, specifications, and project standards.
• Maintain communication with project managers, engineers, and inspectors.
• Order materials, track inventory, and manage equipment needs.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free jobsite.
• Maintain detailed and accurate daily reports including crew timesheets, progress updates, and materials usage.
• Train and mentor laborers and equipment operators to promote skill development and productivity.
• Identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems to keep the project on track.
