Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, delivering solutions that align with their objectives.
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces that enhance overall user experience.
- Create clean, maintainable code and detailed specifications to support business goals.
- Exhibit strong technical capabilities paired with business insight, consistently delivering quality client services.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of expected outcomes.
- Work closely with both offshore and onshore resources, fostering resource development and collaboration.
- Build professional relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
Skills and Attributes for Success
To thrive in this role, it's essential to blend technical proficiency with effective interpersonal skills. You will lead key stakeholder engagements, understand their needs, and advise on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities. Duties include requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and designing functional solutions. The ability to act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams is crucial, as is completing configurations and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
Strong grasp of agile methodologies and application development tools.Demonstrated ability to nurture client relationships and create exceptional experiences.Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly.To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have :
A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or with deep functional expertise.A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central.Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core.Experience with at least two full-cycle implementations of Employee Central.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and presentation abilities.Capability to research client inquiries, industry regulations, and new technologies.Expertise in analyzing client processes and translating them into necessary configurations.Knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting to support compensation processes.Willingness to travel up to 40-60% to meet client needs.Ideally, You'll Also Have :
Prior experience in consulting.In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and management.Experience in data migration, reporting, and testing.Leadership skills in conducting discovery sessions and translating business needs into solutions.Understanding of end-to-end implementation phases and best practices.What We Look For
