HR Operations Team Lead For Spain
Our HR operations team plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle for our clients, from an employee's first day to offboarding. This team is responsible for handling complex people-related matters and ensuring a seamless, efficient HR lifecycle process for our clients' talent, while also maintaining compliance across our entities and keeping our knowledge documentation up to date.
Responsibilities include :
- Serving as the primary HR expert for Spain, managing complex employment matters throughout the EOR lifecycle, including offboarding.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees and clients, offering expert guidance on HR-related issues.
- Ensuring compliance with Spanish employment laws, advising on best practices and maintaining smooth HR operations.
- Developing, refining, and enforcing country-specific HR policies and processes to align with regulatory requirements.
- Identifying compliance risks or discrepancies through reporting, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Supporting administrative HR tasks including (but not limited to) generating reports, employment verification letters, audits, HRIS management.
- Driving process improvements by streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency, compliance, and quality.
- Providing a localized, high-touch HR experience while collaborating with the product team to develop scalable solutions.
- Working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Product teams to ensure seamless integration of HR processes.
- Standardizing and optimizing HR procedures across global entities, with a strong focus on Spain.
- Addressing internal and external HR queries with accuracy, serving as a trusted resource for Spanish employment matters.
- Representing the company in front of the unions acting as a liaison between employees, unions, and relevant stakeholders.
- Undertaking additional ad hoc tasks and projects as required to support the team and business needs.
