Required Qualifications : Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care. Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. Preferred Qualifications : PharmD, or equivalent education / experience. Post-graduate degree in pharmacy, Or Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics.
