We are seeking a Chief Estimator who thrives in a large, integrated services company with a focus on Life Sciences, Pharma, and Biotech GmP projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large, dispersed teams and handling projects valued at over $100 million. Responsibilities include developing and leading innovative estimating standards and processes, promoting continuous learning and improvement in estimating to enhance risk / reward outcomes, owning and driving estimating strategy and specialty differentiation, managing estimating standards, staffing, and training across corporate and regional teams, leading and mentoring the estimating team, fostering trust and collaboration, conducting performance reviews and overseeing career development, approving departmental costs and developing annual business plans, participating in risk reviews and supporting regional bidding and LEAN practices, serving as Lead Estimator when needed, and coordinating deliverables with leadership. Essential skills include a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience, 15+ years in the AEC industry with leadership in cross-functional estimating teams, strong conceptual and detailed estimating skills, proficiency in project logistics, scheduling, and estimating software, skilled in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and experience with Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, and Science & Technology projects. Additional skills and qualifications include project management or pre-construction experience, experience in life science construction, pharmaceutical construction, biotechnology construction, and GmP construction, blueprint reading, project management, commercial construction, schedule management, and budget analysis.

This role offers the flexibility to work from any location near an office, with the opportunity to adopt a hybrid work model. The pay range for this position is $250,000.00 - $315,000.00 / yr. The company offers a complete and competitive benefit package designed to meet individual and family needs.
